The terms on which Northwest Peptides supplies research materials.
All materials supplied by Northwest Peptides are sold exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use by qualified researchers. They are not medicinal products, are not for human or veterinary use, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. By ordering you confirm you are a qualified researcher and will use the material in accordance with all applicable UK law.
1 · Who we are

2 · Eligibility
You may only order if you are 18 or over and a professional or student researcher purchasing for in-vitro laboratory research. You confirm this on entry to the site and again at checkout. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we believe the material is intended for human use.
3 · Nature of the goods
All materials are supplied as laboratory research chemicals and analytical reference materials. They are not medicinal products, are not licensed by the MHRA, have not been assessed for safety in humans, and must not be administered to humans or animals.
4 · No guidance on human use
We do not and will not provide guidance relating to human consumption, including dosage, administration routes, or reconstitution volumes for administration. Requests of this kind will be declined. Our product records describe identity, composition and handling only.
5 · Claims and testing
We publish purity figures only where an independent third-party report supports them, and always against the specific batch number. Where no report yet exists, the record states that plainly. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim about efficacy or biological effect.
6 · Orders and pricing
An order is an offer to purchase, accepted when we confirm dispatch. Prices are in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before accepting an order, and will contact you if a correction affects your order.
7 · Your responsibilities
You are responsible for handling, storing, using and disposing of the material lawfully and safely, in accordance with the storage conditions on each product record and all applicable regulations including COSHH where relevant.
8 · Liability
We supply these materials for laboratory research only. We accept no liability for loss or damage arising from use outside that purpose, including any administration to humans or animals. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9 · Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
