Group 01

Products & testing

What purity are your peptides?

Each batch is independently assayed and its certificate published against the batch number on the vial, so you can check the figure rather than take our word for it. Our opening batches are in assay now, with certificates due 27 August 2026 — the assay ledger shows the current state of every batch.

What does "assay in progress" mean?

That batch is with our independent laboratory and its certificate has not been issued yet. We publish a purity figure only once the report behind it exists, so every number on the site can be matched to a real batch. The ledger shows where each batch has got to.

Will the certificate match the vial I receive?

That is the whole point of it. Certificates are published against the batch number printed on the vial, not against the product in general, so you can match the report to the material in your hand.

Do you test in-house?

We run internal checks, but we do not present them as verification. A supplier grading its own work is not evidence. Assays are commissioned from an independent third-party laboratory.

Ordering & delivery

How fast do you dispatch?

Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are dispatched the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders after the cut-off go the next working day.

Where do you ship?

UK mainland and Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship internationally.

Is shipping free?

Tracked shipping is free on orders over £50.00. Below that a flat tracked rate applies, shown in your basket before you pay.

How do I pay?

By UK bank transfer. When you place an order we email you our account details and your order reference — put that reference on the payment or we cannot match it to your order. Dispatched the same working day your payment clears. Faster Payments usually clear within two hours, so an order placed and paid before 12:00 normally still goes out the same day.

Why can I not pay by card?

Not yet. Card networks classify research compounds as a high-risk category, and the mainstream processors that would onboard us quickly also reserve the right to freeze funds without notice. We would rather take bank transfer than put your money somewhere it can be held. Card payment will be added once we have a dedicated merchant account.

How should material be stored on arrival?

Lyophilised peptides: −20 °C, protected from light. Once reconstituted: 2–8 °C. Specific handling notes are on each product record.

Use & compliance

Are these products for human consumption?

No. All materials are supplied exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical reference use by qualified researchers. They are not medicinal products and are not for human or veterinary use.

Can you advise on dosage or reconstitution volumes?

No. We cannot provide guidance relating to human consumption, including dosage or mixing instructions, under any circumstances. We operate strictly as a research supplier. Requests for this will be declined.

Why do I have to confirm my age and researcher status?

Access to this catalogue is restricted to researchers aged 18 or over. The declaration is recorded in your browser and shown once.

Do you supply institutions?

Yes — universities, contract research organisations and licensed clinics. Email nwpeptides@outlook.com with the compounds, quantities and documentation you need and we will quote against it.
