Your cancellation rights, and the limits that apply to sealed laboratory materials.
Cancellation before dispatch
You may cancel any order at no cost before it is dispatched. Email nwpeptides@outlook.com with your order reference. If the parcel has not been collected we will cancel and refund in full.
Returns after delivery
Unopened items with the original tamper seal intact may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first for return instructions — items sent back without notice cannot be traced to an order.
What we cannot accept
- Items whose tamper seal has been broken or removed.
- Reconstituted, opened, used or decanted material.
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
- Items damaged after delivery through storage outside the stated conditions.
This reflects the nature of sealed laboratory materials: once a seal is broken we cannot verify chain of custody or storage, so the material cannot re-enter stock.
Return shipping
Where the return is a change of mind, return postage is yours. Where the item was faulty, incorrect, or damaged in transit, we cover it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the return being received and checked. Original delivery charges are refunded where the fault was ours.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive the wrong compound, the wrong mass, or material whose batch number does not match its record, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full, including postage both ways. Quote the batch number printed on the vial.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where those apply to your purchase.
